Joe Bilger
Artist

Joe Bilger grew up in New Castle, Pennsylvania, attended the United States Military Academy at
West Point, and got a BA from Westminster College & an MFA from Queens College.  He was a
member of the Bowery Gallery in NYC & ran Ten Worlds Gallery in NYC with his wife Sylvie.

He lives & works in NYC and Eldred, NY.  Joe & Sylvie have a son Oscar, a singer/songwriter, and
a daughter Noemie, an artist.
